Michael Hernandez was great. He worked hard to make this deal happen. Although I walked out happy w/ my choice of vehicle, I wasn't happy that my inquiry of an online 0 down,0 % apr for 48 mos. No payments deal happen. Although I walked out happy w/ my choice of vehicle, I wasn't happy that my inquiry of an online 0 down,0 % apr for 48 mos. No payments for 90 days was COMPLETELY ignored by Michaels boss. He claimed he would look into it, but came back to me with a bunch of Salesman B.S. and never truly answered my question. My Dad is very Interested in the Santa Cruz as well. I will encourage him to find a dealership that will honor the incentive that is good until jan. 2nd. Btw, my credit was good enough to be a qualifier for this incentive. More

I did call the next day to address my concerns but i was told basically, you bought it and drove it off the lot , we are done with ypu , oh and plus they got me to buy all these extra warranties i did not need because the vehicle already came with it . So yes i want people to know my side so hopefully it wont happen to another vulnerable lady.
