I had my car picked up at home for service. It was returned in great shape and I literally left for Maine when the car arrived and parked the car in my garage. Upon returning from Maine I used It was returned in great shape and I literally left for Maine when the car arrived and parked the car in my garage. Upon returning from Maine I used my Lexus and turned on the radio and heard only static. To my surprise the antenna was gone. I called the dealer and got no satisfaction. I proceeded to drive to the dealership and try and resolve this problem. I told them the same story and was almost accused of making it up. The service department wanted to charge me 200 dollars for a new antenna. I called for the owner who was nice until I told him my story and then basically walked away from me. As I was leaving the service manager looked in the car and found the antenna in the back bottom seat. I thanked him and left but I lost Three hours of work and time to drive up to the dealership. I love the Lexus product but would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone again. I have been a longtime customer and never even got an apology from the owner as we know now it was their fault and not mine. Thank you sincerely Gary Tyler More

Car has 27,000 miles. It’s a 2019 model year. They Lied about what was covered in original Service Agreement which cost about $2,000. for first 40,000 miles. For this se It’s a 2019 model year. For this service, I Asked service advisor to have service dept. check tires for tire rot. It was not on service order when service was completed. (Maybe you should give the customer a copy of the order when it’s written up not just at time of payment.). I asked service advisor about it and she said oh there wasn’t any! I later called Service Manager and told him about it and he simply said, “I’ll talk to her about it”. When I pressed him on the tire rot, he said well the car was built a year before and you bought it at the end of the 2019 model year. So, the tires were 2 years old when you bought it and you drove it for last two years. So the tires are 4 years old now. When I pressed further on it, he said well bring your car back in and I’ll check them. No thanks, I know what you will say. In the end, I needed to buy two new tires because there was a nail in side wall of one of them. 2 tires cost me $820 which included $50 off on 2 tires. Most I’ve ever . . . . Ever paid for 2 tires. And, if I can I’ll cancel remaining service agreement. Last year when I brought it in for a Service recall for I believe a fuel pump, before I drove back to Michigan, they screw up my car. And I ended up having to go to two other Lexus dealers to finally get my car to stop stalling out when driving. One in Indiana and the second one in Wisconsin, who finally fixed it. Before I brought it in to this dealer, I never had a problem with the fuel pump. This dealer is only interest in the money it can make on every customer. They don’t care about serving the customer except to make money. They are using supply shortage to also boost their profits. Will I ever buy a car from this dealer? You guess! More
