I was unable to get a state inspection at another place so I checked with the Buick dealer. They said they could do it ; the service adviser also checked and said I should have an oil change. all this acti so I checked with the Buick dealer. They said they could do it ; the service adviser also checked and said I should have an oil change. all this activity was done within an hour. Very happy with them! More

Service dept. has 0 communication. I waited almost a year to get my truck replaced due to a back order. When the part came in I took it in and then was told it was has 0 communication. I waited almost a year to get my truck replaced due to a back order. When the part came in I took it in and then was told it was ready for pick up. A week after it had the same issue so we took it in and the Service Advisor called the technician who came up and said yea I never fixed that you just told me to put it back together. Then we were apologized to and were told they would call us when to bring it in to get fixed which we thought would be easy since the part was finally in. No we waited 5 months and that was after calling and emailing and getting upper support through GM. I will NEVER go back. More
