Customer service has gotten horrible. There service department broke my brand new truck and had to take it some where else to be fixed and cost me 100’s of dollars in repairs. Because the There service department broke my brand new truck and had to take it some where else to be fixed and cost me 100’s of dollars in repairs. Because they didn’t know what they were doing. And used a machine that wasn’t supposed to be used to fix my tires. The oil change was improperly not done correctly the oil filter was not tightened and leaked out in garage floor. Just went to another Dealership haven’t had a problem since. Hate say this about them but have been doing business with them over 15 years. More

Was having a problem with car starting, had the battery checked at Walmart they said the battery was good. Heritage said the battery was bad and charged $150 to tell me it was bad. I have an extended warra checked at Walmart they said the battery was good. Heritage said the battery was bad and charged $150 to tell me it was bad. I have an extended warranty policy and thought the diagnostic of the check engine light that was on would have covered that cost. Nathan Scott said it was not covered and I had to pay the fee. I was unable to get a state inspection at another place so I checked with the Buick dealer. They said they could do it ; the service adviser also checked and said I should have an oil change. all this acti so I checked with the Buick dealer.
