Michael started his career at Bourne's in September of 2003. He started as the point sales person as Bourne's expanded to the current location at Belmont Street. In his current role he manages all operations of Bourne Enterprises, Inc. He is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA. He has completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Training. In his free time he enjoys playing many different sports and spending time on Cape Cod with his Family. He currently resides in Easton, with his wife and two children, where he was born and raised.

Good Experience My wife and I bought a car at Bourne's recently, we had a very good experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and we waited about 15-20 minutes t My wife and I bought a car at Bourne's recently, we had a very good experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and we waited about 15-20 minutes to speak with someone, but once Tanya Marsden came over and introduced herself, everything moved along very quickly. We test-drove a vehicle, decided it was the right one, negotiated a trade in value, and got paperwork and financing done and signed in an acceptable amount of time. We stayed past closing hours, but never were meant to feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. We were there with our two sons, who enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the football game on the couches in the waiting area. Tanya was especially helpful, she was very friendly, she kept us posted when we were waiting for a couple of minutes for various things, and she very graciously cleaned out the car herself when we said we couldn't come back on Monday to pick it up and other staff members had gone home. That was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Dave Olsen in Finance was very personable and he kept the process moving along quickly. The manager was very nice as well. Overall we had a very good experience at Bourne's. We were repeat customers and will go back again. More

Great Experience at Bourne's Auto Center Bourne's Auto Center is now the only place that we would go to purchase a used car. The Assistant Sales Manager, David Pair was a pleasure to work wi Bourne's Auto Center is now the only place that we would go to purchase a used car. The Assistant Sales Manager, David Pair was a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond to help us find a car. He is straight forward, efficient and very nice. Everyone that we worked with at Bourne's Auto Center was nice and helpful as well including David Olson, Michael Kelley and Jason Bourne. We will definitely go back and work with David Pair to find a used car!!! More

Repairs We bought our car here in April and had some issues with the air conditioner. We called the service center, exchanged the car for a free rental, and were able to pick up our car the next afternoon. More

After our first buying experience many years ago with Mike Kelly we have never gone anywhere else for sales or service. They are great to work with during every aspect of every sale or service visit. We have encountered honesty, patience, professionalism, and no pressure. All of our sales have been through Mike Kelly over the years, who we have returned to time and time again due to the way we were treated. This time we worked with John Benner. He provided another simple, professional, easy buying experience. John was very patient, kind, accommodating and helped us to drive our new car home the day we bought it. We were once again pleased with our experience at Bourne's. More

I have worked with Jake on 2 other Le The Team at Bourne's Auto Center is AMAZING. I was searching for a 2013 GS 350 and reached out to Jake Nevens. I have worked with Jake on 2 other Lexus vehicles and knew he would not disappoint. Within 2 days he had located 2 options for me. Both were exactly what I wanted. I went to the dealership and drove the car and days later drove it off the lot. Not only are you treated well by the Sales team, but Shawn S, the manager and Andy in the finance office take the time to understand what you need and deliver. I could not be happier with the car, the experience and the entire team at Bourne's Auto Center. You may read a few other reviews that are not as flattering as mine, but keep in mind these two facts. One, no one goes out of their way to say something nice but will to say something bad. And two, you can't please some people no matter how hard you try. Trust me, check these guys out, you won't be disappointed. More

Excellent service, no pressure sales I had visited a few dealerships before coming to Bourne's and I had been pressured tremendously by salesmen even after telling them multiple times I w I had visited a few dealerships before coming to Bourne's and I had been pressured tremendously by salesmen even after telling them multiple times I was not buying that day (just test driving). Bourne's was the exact opposite. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and had an excellent vast selection! I purchased a beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GS Coupe. John Benner, the sales associate I worked with, was very knowledgeable and never once pressured me. I would recommend them to anyone. More
