Jim is always very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure the SUV I loved became a reality. I keep returning to Klaben Ford because they greet me with a familiar smile and treat me with respect. They want to be sure their customers are satisfied with the hospitality of their staff and with the purchase of their new/used vehicle. Anytime I’ve taken my vehicle in for service it’s always been done in a timely manner and never have they tried to cut corners. The employees in the service department are nice as well and the service waiting area is also kept clean for our comfort. Since I’ve started shopping at Klabens I haven’t bought a Ford vehicle from anywhere else than Klaben Ford and don’t plan to in the future. More
