Hyundai shouldn't wait until after a customer brings a car in to be informed that there's at least 100 cars ahead of them. Especially when the car isn't driveable and has to be towed in. Called and made an appointment for the recall and added a tire rotation. Get there for my appointment only to be told the parts for the recall aren't in.
