Great car-buying experience! I always dread the car buying process, but I have to say I would highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda. I came in having a good idea of what I wanted, and a good idea of what I wanted to pay. Worked primarily with Josh Park, who took us for a test drive. After that we talked numbers, and quickly agreed upon a very fair price based on the internet research (ie, Truecar) I had done beforehand. Very little waiting around, none of the shadiness I've experienced elsewhere. From there, Josh and team (Michael Lee - manager, Dee Mustafa - finance, Laura Santos - delivery) went out of their way to work together in moving the process along as quickly as possible. All four were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We were in and out in under three hours - a great experience and am very happy with my new Accord! More

Never again! Very disappointing John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He fin John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He finally returned my phone calls after management and corporate was called. He then took his sweet time ( over a week) returning paperwork to me in which I had provide a self addressed/stamped envelope!! That is just the beginning of my list about him. As for the dealership it self, the registration came after the temporary plates, that they issued, had expired. I was told on a Friday they were sending all other, dated, material in over night mail which then arrived Monday at 5:30 pm!! I will be telling family and friends that live near there to go elsewhere. Their prices were comparable to many other dealers in the area but not worth all the hassles I went thru. More
