Top notch service department So I had 2 new tires put on the rear of my car today. Before I even get out of my car Mike Needham is walking towards me and greeting me. As usual he explains everything to me and is very knowledgeable. As I'm waiting 3 to 4 other employees walk by me. But what is really nice they don't just walk by me they took the time to say good morning and can I help you with anything or said something to me. Its nice that employees no matter if they were service, mechanics, or just maybe the person moving cars around all very friendly staff. Jennifer Becker is always so nice as well, even though I always deal with Mike she always talks to me. Mike also recommended some things I will be needing about the time my next oil change is do so that was great to know so I would be expecting to spend a little more money and have him do everything. Always great service and very professional and friendly staff. More

They did not put my parking brake on after an oil change and tire rotation. I got back into the car after the service was complete and they just left the vehicle in neutral which could have been very bad if and tire rotation. They also adjusted my seat without returning it to where I had it. Small inconveniences, and this happed the last time I brought the car here for service. More
