Excellent Service!! I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and to have a look at my AC. There wasn't enough time today to have a look at my AC but the staff was cour I brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation and to have a look at my AC. in and out fast Oil Change and Tire Rotation I needed an Oil Change, I had NO appointment, called and they said "come on in and we will get you taken care of".. I pulled up to see a lot of Subar I needed an Oil Change, I had NO appointment, called and they said "come on in and we will get you taken care of".. I pulled up to see a lot of Subaru's around the service dept and was concerned I might be waiting a while. They came out and greeted me right away, got my name information, etc and welcomed me into the service waiting area. In less than 1 hour, i was back in my car and on the road. Everyone there was SO nice and friendly even with COVID-19 forcing us to wear masks, i could feel the smiles that were hidden behind the masks. I have had SEVERAL cars and been to several service departments for basic services and this is HANDS DOWN the best service EVER. Best is quality, Best in quickness and Best in friendly customer service. More
