It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a sante fe about a year ago for what I thought would be a reliable car for my family. I have been taking my car to get looked at for an on going issue. Each time they have it for weeks and has gone on to months before. Each time they can never resolve the issue. The service manager never calls you back. I will never do business with Hyundai and will tell all my friends and family! More
