Best team in the car business!!! Dont buy any new or used car anywhere else. Started my car buying experience with Internet manager Pinkal Patel. He made the negotiation on price of car super easy and more car anywhere else. Started my car buying experience with Internet manager Pinkal Patel. He made the negotiation on price of car super easy and more then fair. We also completed 90% of trade appraisal over phone and email. I stopped in a few days later to let Pinkal put a final look on trade and plug in to check the cars cpu for codes. He promised to get me the best trad value he could. Surprisingly he called me back soon after I left and offered me $600 more then I was looking for! This part of the experience was the perfect balance of in person and virtual consultation I needed with my busy schedule. I still took 24-48 hr to make a decision and when I did I just so happened to have the next day off. So I went in to the dealership the next day at 9am and told Pinkal it was a deal and I wanted the car now. He said no problem! He was able to have the car fully detailed get me with a sales men Michael O’Hare who was a master at all the technology in the car and the 2021 Camry XSE Hybrid has it all! Michael also was coordinating the needed paperwork and insurance documents required to get the car off their lot and in my driveway. The Finance Director Naeem Randall was also a master at his craft and was easily able to fit my delivery in between the 20 other scheduled deliveries him and his Finance crew already had for the day. He clearly explained all the paperwork I needed to sign and I left his office feeling 100% confident that I understood everything I signed. At this point I am out side moving my belongings from old car to Beautiful new one when the General Sales Manager Daryl Callahan walked over and thanked me for my business. But that was not all. He took his time to also look my car over and make sure it was in impeccable condition in and out with yes a FULL tank of gas. He seemed to genuinely want to know some of my reasons for choosing the Camry hybrid and the level of tech that came in my new car. After a few minutes of conversation I was on my way with my new car by 11am!! So folks all I can say is far to many times in life people only speak up when others do bad or wrong and far to few speak up when an experience is well above expectations!! I say thank you and my hats off to the entire Internet, sales and finance crew at Wappingers Falls Toyota! Me and my family will definitely never go to another dealership ever again. More
