I bought my first car in 1966 from East Side Chevrolet (now defunct) as are many of the other dealers that I purchased cars from in the last 49 years I bought my first car in 1966 from East Side Chevrolet (now defunct) as are many of the other dealers that I purchased cars from in the last 49 years (i.e. Rank & Son). My last purchase a 2003 Toyota Echo has been serviced by them since I purchased it brand new in 2002 . Their service has been so good that my Echo runs as good as the first day I drove it off their lot. Although I would love to buy a new Toyota, I find it almost wasteful to give up a perfectly good running car that has served me well for 14 Whitefish Bay winters ( cooler & more snow by the lake ) ! Their service area is so accomadating and comfortable that I always wait for my car rather than partake of their free shuttle service. They have free soft drinks and gourmet coffee while you wait. My next new Toyota will definitely be from Andrew Toyota. Although, it may be another 14 years before I need one. More

Our sales person, Mark Doedens sold us on his knowledge of the vehicle, and his patience in making sure we understood all the features was appreciated. He even called me a year later and remembered my birthday! The service department is fabulous. I can't think of one criticism. Highly recommended. Also, with all of our Toyotas, we have NEVER once needed to bring our vehicle in for anything other than routine service. I love my Highlander! More

Greatly satisfied. I had full size cadillacs for 26 years(5). I got tired of worrying about when the Northstar engine would have a gasket leaking oil the would cost 300 I had full size cadillacs for 26 years(5). I got tired of worrying about when the Northstar engine would have a gasket leaking oil the would cost 3000-4000 to fix. My new 2014 Avalon has 99% of the options my old cars had and a few different ones and it drives much better. Acceleration is great= equal to the 4.2 Northstar and the gas mileage is 40-50% better. I can do 31 mpg on the highway in the normal mode. Plenty of leg room and the pass through opening is much better than the Honda that I looked at. In the Honda, you have to put the whole rear seat down to use the pass through. I don't need a two seat car, then. Adam Herbst took great care of me, too. And I got a great deal on the extended warranty. Much better deal than the comparable Lexus ES350. More

This time I also discussed tire and brakes service with John Moore on my 2010 camry and was so helpful on the proper maintenance. My husband and I had very detailed list when it came to buying a used car. Marc was very helpful with getting us the car that meets our needs and within our budget.
