Awesome experience I was looking to get a second car and knew exactly where my budget and all lied. I spoke with someone at the dealership and felt good about it. I ended up going in and in less than an hour I had test drive, applied and waited for finance. We had to go back the next night due to it being late with financing, but the experience was one of the fastest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced. More

Jeff was very congenial, attentive, and encouraged us to communicate our wish list for our new Edge. We got just about everything we hoped for, and we are very pleased with our new Edge. Jeff made every effort to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Without hesitation, we would recommend and refer others to Jeff. (Mr. Russell, and Mr McCarroll were very gracious, but other than being introduced to them, we had very little direct contact with them.) Awesome Dealership! I came to Five Star Ford - Carrollton after going to another Ford dealership that is closer to home. I had totaled my car and was trying to find a new I came to Five Star Ford - Carrollton after going to another Ford dealership that is closer to home. I had totaled my car and was trying to find a new one. I knew what I wanted and I needed to make the best deal possible that I could afford. The other dealership had the car that I wanted, but when I told them what I was willing to pay I was told that they would see what they could do and call me the next day. They never called me the next day. Five Star Ford - Carrollton had a car that was just a little bit different in the options, but was still what I wanted. I inquired online about the car and I got a reply almost instantly from Michael Corbett. I talked with him about the car and we set up a time when I could come test drive it. I went in the next morning and was greeted by Melanie Lucero. I was a little bit early so she helped me out while we waited for Michael to get there. She was with someone else so she just gave me the key to the car and said I could take it for a test drive on my own. AWESOME!!! When I returned Michael had arrived. I told them I liked it, but that I was also working with the other ford dealership to get the deal I wanted. I was asked what I wanted and I told them. She asked me if I would purchase the car before I left if she could make the deal. I agreed. Melanie said she would see if that was something they could do. She left and came back less than 5 minutes later and said "congratulations!". I will recommend Five Star Ford in Carrollton to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I GIVE THEM AN A++! More

Everyone made it a smooth transition and helped me understand my options of pricing, leasing, benefits to both buying vs. leasing for my age. Jared showed me cars in my price range, but also what I was wanting; didn't try to sell me something else which is nice. He definitely made my first time getting a car hassle free. I was worried it was going to take hours on hours and it didn't. Overall, the staff was very nice, the dealership was clean and well kept. Joseph, helped me understand all the technology since my last car was 12 years older and had no technology in it. I got an AMAZING deal, which I know it would not have been possible anywhere else. I love my new Ford Escape! More
