The sales man was great just the dealer ship over all I bought a car that broke down twice with in two days...trading in a truck worth 30000 getting a car worth 23,000 that broke down 2xs only to trade tha bought a car that broke down twice with in two days...trading in a truck worth 30000 getting a car worth 23,000 that broke down 2xs only to trade that car in for another that was 4500 cheaper but still ended up losing out yall got over great charged me the same for sale in me a lemon...all this within a week so because I have to work and didn't bring it back in 3 days it cost me 4000 ....that's sad being I worked for Gary Frorath Chevy out of high school I thought I would be treated better..... More

Always great service and thorough checkup. Easy to communicate with and knows his job. I received my car back with grease on the floor mat. 2 hours to clean. I got charged for Wynne engine treatment that I did not ask for and did not want. The service center at this dealership is good but the salesmen are a joke. There is a salesman I think that goes by the name of Daniel extremely unprofessional. He asked us if we were high on crack durin salesmen are a joke. There is a salesman I think that goes by the name of Daniel extremely unprofessional. He asked us if we were high on crack during our negotiations to purchase our vehicle. He proceeded to tell us that they did not have the second key to our brand new vehicle that he would order it for us and inform us when it got there. We never received a notice, I tried to remind him about the key when I brought my car in for service but he made is seem as if I was crazy and denied he even sold us the car.
