Mike Simila was Extremely patient kind, informative, honest trustworthy. I can’t even think of enough kind words to say about him throughout this whole process. I was indecisive for about a week and a half Regarding trading my car in and Mike never once tried to persuade or hassle me into making a decision he constantly reassured me that he was here to support whatever decision was best for myself and my family. I am truly grateful for him and his guidance throughout the entire process and I am extremely happy with my decision on my 2024 Dodge hornet.
