I’ve had my fair share of issues with VW over the last two years. Was unable to get a car due to lack of inventory and had to extend my lease twice. I had expectations that my former salesman would be able to deliver me a car before the end of my second extension which he did not. I came in over the weekend with my fiancé and changed salesman. To put it simply, Michael Sinclair stepped up and delivered, literally over night, he worked to get not only one but 4 car options for me. I chose the car I wanted and I am happy to still be with VW today. I have driven VW exclusively since I learned to drive. I am now in my thirties and happy to say I’m still with VW. If it wasn’t for Michael’s professionalism and excellent customer service I may have ended my long relationship with Volkswagen vehicles.
