Even though I’m not originally from Vermont, I feel like I’ve been adopted into the community and have found my home. Growing up I was always around sports and sports cars, so it only made sense that athletics took me through college, and my career has been centered around the auto industry. When I'm not at the dealership you'll find me spending time exploring and enjoying my favorite places in the area, at a sporting event, or looking for another canyon road to carve in my Mustang GT. If you ever come into our dealership, just look up and I'm sure you'll see my head above everyone else's.

This is the true meaning of ‘Customer Service’. Beginning with the internet chat and then in person, I was greeted at the door - met and worked with an exceptional sales representative and sales Beginning with the internet chat and then in person, I was greeted at the door - met and worked with an exceptional sales representative and sales manager that met my requests and needs and then sealed the deal with the finance manager that never once tried to push any extras on me. I have never been more welcomed, treated more fairly or felt appreciated as much as this at any other dealership. Awesome awesome place to do business with - I cannot recommend them enough. Score is way greater than 100!!! More

Buying a car can be highly stressful as it is, and we were init Heritage Ford. Michael Stock and Theresa Moss were an absolute pleasure to work with. Buying a car can be highly stressful as it is, and we were initiating the process from out of state for a very specific vehicle after months of searching other dealerships. When we found Heritage and got in touch with Michael about a vehicle they had on order, not once did we feel pressured or confused or uninformed in the least bit (which we experienced a lot during our search). Michael was simply wonderful during all our communications prior to delivery and made us feel so comfortable and confident about the whole process. He and Theresa went above and beyond with prompt, professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind service. This is what car buying should be - fun, seamless, and exciting!
