This is my second purchase from Heritage Ford, also my second from Turner. Both experiences had been nothing but exceptional! Turner and I grew up in the same town, so we had the small town VT connection second from Turner. Both experiences had been nothing but exceptional! Turner and I grew up in the same town, so we had the small town VT connection that doesn't exist everywhere. He was friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and communicated very clearly. I knew EXACTLY what I was purchasing. I had no questions through the process about which step of the process I was in, and what was happening next. When it became clear to him that the vehicle I was looking at was possibly not the best option, and there may be more suitable options, he presented them a clear manner, with the pros and cons for each vehicle. He included Zack in this process as well, who was also very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. At no point during this process did I feel like I was being talked down to, or ridiculed for having less than amazing credit. Celeste was also amazing! I was also very happy to see that despite being the middle of Winter in VT, there showroom was immaculate! I would 100% recommend this dealer, and Turner, Zack and Celeste to ANYONE! More

Celeste was the cherry on top of the Sundae -- explained all the financing to us and the options we had. All were very knowledgeable, friendly -- and patient, as it was past closing time by the time we signed the deal and shook hands. Bill even spent the extra time to go over the car's features and help us set some things up before we left. We would not hesitate to work with this A-team at the H-team again! They are all assets to Heritage Ford! A shout out also to Mark who assisted in getting the car fueled and over for clearning --- and the service team for getting it all done in a timely fashion. I chose Heritage Ford to do business because a number of years ago I purchased a new vehicle from Heritage Toyota. It was a welcomed surprise to find out nothing had changed. For those out there thinking about the purchase of a new/used vehicle, I understand that Heritage Ford is expecting a significant increase in their inventory in the coming weeks.
