Experience of a Lifetime I wish I could thank the staff at Lester Glenn Chevrolet a thousand times over. I was in need of a new car ASAP and found the Malibu of my dreams onli I wish I could thank the staff at Lester Glenn Chevrolet a thousand times over. I was in need of a new car ASAP and found the Malibu of my dreams online at this location, through the cars.com app. I sent out a message to the dealership from the app and I have to say, Kayla wasted no time in reaching out to me, in what may have been 30 minutes tops! My bank didn’t approve my loan on this day and after being so disheartened, I was ready to give up. I explained my situation to Kayla and she worked her magic to get me approved for a loan from one of their banks, and without a co-signer at that! Both Kayla and Katie made sure to communicate with me the whole way and it was greatly appreciated. Fast forward 5 days, and I’m driving from CONNECTICUT (2hr, 35 minutes) to New Jersey to meet this amazing team and bring home my dream car! From the moment I parked my old car in the lot, I was treated like royalty all the way to the end. I was offered water/coffee and congratulated about 15 times throughout the process. I was in awe! Adam was so swift and friendly while handling my insurance and registration needs. Mark checked on me several times while I waited (which wasn’t that long) and even took the time to get to know my background. I felt so comfortable with this team. I finally got to meet Kayla and she was the sweetest person ever! Nick handled my financing paperwork and he was so knowledgeable about everything he presented to me, and did an amazing job of helping me understand and assess my needs for my new car. Everything about my experience at Lester Glenn, purchasing my second car, exceeded every expectation I had and beyond. I truly have found an extended family here and I can’t wait to continue to do business with them in the future (yes, all the way from Connecticut). More
