Awful Customer Service, Horrible Experience I recently leased a new vehicle at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I live an hour and a half from the dealership but went there anyway because of the great re I recently leased a new vehicle at Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I live an hour and a half from the dealership but went there anyway because of the great reviews they had. The entire experience has been a nightmare. I got home and realized that they hadn't given me a temporary plate or registration, they'd put wheel locks on my car but somehow lost the key, and the cover for the jack had been lost before I even left the lot. They overnighted me the temporary plate but not the temporary registration - which they had lost. This slight delay caused me to have to park the vehicle in a lot for 3 days (costing $25 a day) because: A) You can't park on the street without a license plate, and B) You can't park on the street in my neighborhood without a parking permit, which you need the plate/registration information for. They offered no reimbursement for having to pay for parking because they made a mistake. The salesman said he would immediately order a new key for the wheel locks and get it to me as soon as he could. He never told anybody about the wheel lock key, and nobody ever ordered anything. So if I get a flat, I'm out of luck. They called to tell me my permanent plates and registration had come in and I asked them to overnight them to me since I didn't have the temporary registration that I should have. A few days later, no plates. I called back and they hadn't been sent at all, let alone overnighted. I still don't have wheel locks that I can get off in the event of a flat tire, I don't have my permanent plates, I don't have a registration at all, and I don't have the jack cover. What an absolute nightmare, I couldn't imagine a worse car buying experience. I would not recommend this Chevrolet or any dealership in the Lester Glenn family to anybody for any reason. More
