Michael was exceptional - set the expectations right from the start as to how long things would take and it seemed like he was really going to help me get my check engine issue taken care of asap. The job was not completed in spite of my having asked several times if the work on my door locks, damaged by attempted robbery of car over a year ago, had been taken care of. I was told that they had performed the computer update and that all the doors were locking and unlocking. I insisted on their making sure this was so since I wanted to know before going to pick up car. Even when I got there I asked again to check, and was told again locks were working just fine. After paying an $1,876.11 bill, I got my car and I immediately found out that was not the case. I was then told that the car needed a part they had to order, and would not get until today, a week and one day later. I had taken my car there on Monday the 25th. On Thursday I received a message informing me that the part would cost $323.24, and that they would call me for an appointment today. I was not called. Since the problem I have with my door locks is related the problem that Kia has experienced for a long time now, I feel that Kia should be billed for this repair, Alonso Leyton More

On 8/30/2023, I took my vehicle for service due to a recall. Mr. Brandon Forrest let me know they didn't have the piece; he was accommodating by allowing me to talk to the service manager, Fernando. He explained that the warranty does not cover a rental vehicle. He told me to speak with the GM at Hollywood Kia. I met with Sean Emanuel and got the GM to talk to me. Mr. Mitchell LOSZYNSKI was a great listener and understood my concerns. He approved a rental car immediately. The repairs to my vehicle were completed within 48 hours. Overall, my experience with everyone was great. I was treated with service beyond expectation. I highly recommend their dealership because they are accommodating. Thank you, Hollywood Kia. More

Horrible customer service, I literally go to there because is 2 minutes from my home, they never call when your car is ready, never answer calls, they put on hold calls for 10 minutes etc… is just the because is 2 minutes from my home, they never call when your car is ready, never answer calls, they put on hold calls for 10 minutes etc… is just the worse experience More

I was not satisfied with the device. They kept my car for a week and still didn’t fix the part.
