Its just another normal dealership which will try to rip you off. Customer should always be careful. More

Overall I am happy. I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. However, I had to negotiate with Tommy, the assistant sales manager, just to get the price they were ad I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. However, I had to negotiate with Tommy, the assistant sales manager, just to get the price they were advertising online. He initially tried to add over $4000 of fees to the selling price. They should be more transparent with their pricing. My salesman, Vin, was great. He was patient and helped us tremendously. Michael in finance was also helpful and friendly. There was a hiccup with the extended warranty he sold us. After I got home and read the fine print, what we bought was not what he told us we were buying. I am trusting it was an honest mistake and not an intentional bait and switch. He is getting the warranty cancelled. I would shop there in the future but will definitely keep my eyes wide open and read everything extremely closely. More

Dana Fancher was quick and helpful on making my deal. I had had a bad experience with my local Tennessee dealer and worked with Dana over the phone. I scheduled my paperwork the following Friday. I'm sor I had had a bad experience with my local Tennessee dealer and worked with Dana over the phone. I scheduled my paperwork the following Friday. I'm sorry to say the dealership dropped the ball at that point. I made it clear that I wanted to sign the paperwork and get back to work as soon as possible. Somehow after calling me two times to schedule my pick up time, there was an issue with leasing to a Tennessee resident. They wanted to make sure my vehicle was ready but apparently no consideration was given to the paperwork. I arrived at 9 am sharp when they opened and finally was on my way home almost 3 hours later. They did make time to try to sell me a service agreement after being there 2 hours. Apparently I should count myself lucky as the Michael Welch said most deals take 4 hours. It was infuriating because I've closed my last 2 mortgages in less than 20 minutes. The Honda Ridgeline I leased is great. Their consideration for customers' time not so much. I sent an email about my experience to the general manage and the manager of my deal and got no response. Had a received any response, I would not be writing this review. More
