I am currently not having the best service from Gordon Boucher Kenosha at the moment. I scheduled a service appointment on 6/13/2021 for 6/15/2021 at 12pm. I dropped my truck off at my appointment time an Boucher Kenosha at the moment. I scheduled a service appointment on 6/13/2021 for 6/15/2021 at 12pm. I dropped my truck off at my appointment time and was told I would be given a call later. I was called at 3pm to say they haven’t had a chance to look at my truck yet and would need to keep the truck overnight. I said that would be fine. On Wednesday, my husband spoke to the service department and was told the issue and he asked if the truck would be done by Friday because we needed the truck for the weekend because we were heading out of town on Saturday. He specifically said if it won’t be done by Friday please let him know now so we can pick it up this same day. He was promised the job would be done by Friday. On Friday, around 11am my husband nor I had heard from anyone so I called to check on the status. Our service guy Mike was out of the office so I talked to Larry. After speaking to someone he stated the part hasn’t come in which means they haven’t worked on the truck. At this time, He stated that if the part doesn’t come in soon they won’t be able to work on my truck till the following week. He said someone would be calling me back as I told him something needs to be done because we were PROMISED it would be done by Friday. Larry finally called and left a message that this was not the dealerships fault and that my truck is drivable so they will put it back together and I can pick it up and once the part comes in I will be called so I can bring the truck in. Of course, during the weekend getaway, my truck just sounded worse and worse. I called Ford today, Monday June 21, 2021 after 8am to see if the part came in. The part did come and Larry said he would have Mike call me to set up a time for me to bring the truck in to be worked on. It is now 5:41pm and I still have not heard from anyone. I bought my truck from Gordie Boucher in 2013, I have brought my car to Ford to be worked on, oil changes, tires you name it. Last year we had a not so pleasant encounter with Ford so I took my truck somewhere else to get struts done and then I started noticing my issue so I decided to give Ford another chance to hopefully make up for the crappy service the year before. But so far, it’s not looking well. From the start, I did the correct thing and made an appointment for 12pm and at 3 when I was called and said it hasn’t been looked at yet, that was a first disappointment. What is the point of appointments if my truck won’t even be looked at in the same day. That just started it all. Instead of saying your car is drivable come pick it up and we will call when your part comes in, why not be a good dealership and offer a decent reliable rental until you can fix my truck. In all the years, I have never been offered a rental when my car has to stay more than a day or two. But other dealerships offer it even if it’s a one day job. I get the job gets busy but this is just getting to be worse and worse. Definitely not helping me feel at ease that the place will even get the job done correctly at this point. Update: as of June 23, 2021 at 5:29pm. I got a voicemail on Tuesday, June 22 from Mike saying the part was in and he was going to check with the service guys to see when I could bring my truck in and he would call me back by the end of the day Tuesday. It is now Wednesday evening and my husband called after work around 5:15 and was told Mike is out for the rest of the week so now I have to go another week without anyone trying to help me. Gordie Boucher of Kenosha SUCKS!!! No good communication. No respect for your clients. I will now find someone else who actually has the time to complete the job and I will never recommend anyone to Ford. More

We recently received service at Gordie Boucher Kenosha Ford for our 2021 F250 Super Duty truck due to a recall notice to replace the windshield. Our truck was picked up and returned to us the same day to Ford for our 2021 F250 Super Duty truck due to a recall notice to replace the windshield. This is an excellent example of the dedication of the sales and service staff at this dealership to provide their customers with their best service. More

take my ford 2009 explorer electric diagnose nothing was done. they want change all doors atuators. before they can do any thing to. 500 parts plus labor i chose to replaced my self knowing that was not the done. they want change all doors atuators. before they can do any thing to. 500 parts plus labor i chose to replaced my self knowing that was not the problem. with all 5 new parts on bring the explorer back in i prove them was not the problem. first i was no charge for second diagnose then now they want to change more parts, they guess maybe is the after market alarm system, if not than will be the computer. when i got that result of diagnose i give up on my hope from a ford dealer to fix a electric problem i will never take my trucks or any vehicles to Gordie Boucher any more as well not recommend to any body there service More

My 2018 Expedition sunroof was repaired under warranty. I also had my vehicle detailed. They did an exceptional job, inside and out. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle detailed every year. As always, Gordie Boucher Ford's service department hit a home run for me. I had a remote start installed at Best Buy a year ago and they tapped into the wrong cable for power which prevented my vehicle from home run for me. I had a remote start installed at Best Buy a year ago and they tapped into the wrong cable for power which prevented my vehicle from communicating with the emission testing equipment. The technician re-wired the on board diagnostic hardness and re-wired the remote start. I should have gone to them for the remote start to begin with. Michael Yager, one of the service department staff, was just so helpful throughout this process and ever so nice. More
