Service writer kept me informed of progress. Shouldn’t take 2 days to do an 8 hour repair. I understand it takes a technician to come up to speed on a repair, being a technician myself(retired). 2 to 3 da take 2 days to do an 8 hour repair. How about a little compensation for inconvenience? Free oil change?? More
