I was at Audi of Rockville looking at a Cadillac SRX today 4/10/2021. I brought to their attention that the tires do not match but also the rear tires in regulation with state inspection requirements a today 4/10/2021. I brought to their attention that the tires do not match but also the rear tires in regulation with state inspection requirements as far as tread life. But if they replaced the rear tires I would buy the car. The General Sales Manager refused and said it passed inspection. It seems the General Manager Mike Zheng as well as Joe Nowlin the sales rep are willing to sell a car with bald rear tires with no tread life left. Very questionable dealership. It's one thing if you don't know, it another thing when it's brought to your attention and you take no action. So I decided to take pictures of the tires and send them to the State. Whoever passed this car during the State Inspection should be fired immediately. Even if these tires could pass MD State Inspection Audi Leadership should reject this practice from a moral, safety, quality, and customer service perspective. Why would any reputable dealership want to sell a car in this condition? I would not buy a car used car from Audi of Rockville and if I can't trust them to buy a used car, then they don't deserve my business for a new car. Stay away from Audi of Rockville there are other dealerships that take their responsibility to sell quality and safe cars to their consumer seriously. More

What a difference a change in management makes! I had written a not so great review for this dealership many years ago when the management team was different. This time around I was looking to buy an SQ written a not so great review for this dealership many years ago when the management team was different. This time around I was looking to buy an SQ5 and turn in my leased Q5. Mike Zheng was the most accommodating, knowledgeable, patient and fair person I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. I did not ultimately buy a car from Audi Rockville, but only because they did not have the car that I wanted. He worked so hard to help me understand all my options and find ways to save me money that I was able to use what I learned from him to get the deal that I wanted on the car that I wanted once I found it. He was such a great guy through this process that I actually felt bad when I came to the conclusion that the car that I found at another dealership was the one that I wanted vs the one he had on his lot. I never thought I would feel guilty for not buying a car from a dealership but I totally did! I would not hesitate to buy a car from Audi Rockville.. that is as long as Mike Zheng is still involved in my transaction. More
