I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

Jay - What is your ridiculous response based on? To date, you have not returned a single call or spoken with me. I would love to know how you came to the above conclusion above considering crown honda has still not completed a diagnostic (as promised). To the Public: Below is an accurate update (Do not be deceive by jay) On January 7th, my father stopped by the service center to speak with the manager regarding the damage crown honda did to my AC. John Veltri spoke with my dad (again, John was unhelpful as before), when my dad questioned why no one had gotten back to me regarding the issue, John replied that it was due to the bad public review I left. Alerting the public of the malicious practices of this service center aside, john said he would try and fit my car in for a diagnostic the following day if time permitted (what a guy to TRY and fit me in after nearly 2 months of unanswered calls). On January 8th, the service team pull my vehicle into the back shop and did Lord knows what to my car (they were supposed to just take a LOOK at the AC). after a while, their power went out and they said they could not look at the car so it would need to be rescheduled. Anyways, that same afternoon (hours after being given the car back and leaving) Michelle calls me to say that they left a lug nut off. My initial thought is why were any lug nuts removed to begin with? So I went to check my car and sure enough a lug nut from the wheel was now missing. Needless to say I left work early to go back and have them replace the lug nut, so I wouldn't be driving with a safety hazard!!!!! Why were lug nuts removed from my wheel in the 1st place is what I'd still like to know, since according to Michelle, the technician never did diagnosis the issue (she was telling me to come back again). Needless to say, I will not be leaving my var with this careless dealer again, my once fully functional AC is not broken and I could have literally lost a wheel and/or injured myself or my vehicle by them leaving a lug nut off my wheel. I will be sending them a bill once I have a reputable shop diagnose my car. If you value your time, life, and/or vehicle try and find a reliable shop because this place is clearly not it.

Update: Turns out the dealership swapped the fuse for my AC while it was in service. I took my car to an honest shop and they quickly identified the issue. Crown Honda swapped my original fuse for a dud then attempted to sell me a frivolous $1,500 AC repair. What crooks! Do not service your car here, St. Pete has some shady dealerships.
