Marissa was great to work with and in no way your typical annoying pushy sales person. She was the exact opposite. Kind, caring and considerate. She had a very very good understanding of a car that literally hit their lot one day before I showed up to look at it (a 2020 ford explorer). Brought the wife and kids back a couple days later to see the vehicle. The rest is history. Mike the general manager was just as easy to work with and not pushy. Completely honest in every way, I never felt taken advantage of. The finance manager Joe was again super easy to work with, he never tried to push all of those warranties on me. I really cant say enough about Flood ford. Top notch crew and this is coming from a person who has bought 15 cars in the last 23 years between myself and my wife.
