Marissa was great to work with and in no way your typical annoying pushy sales person. She was the exact opposite. Kind, caring and considerate. She had a very very good understanding of a car that literally hit their lot one day before I showed up to look at it (a 2020 ford explorer). Brought the wife and kids back a couple days later to see the vehicle. The rest is history. Mike the general manager was just as easy to work with and not pushy. Completely honest in every way, I never felt taken advantage of. The finance manager Joe was again super easy to work with, he never tried to push all of those warranties on me. I really cant say enough about Flood ford. Top notch crew and this is coming from a person who has bought 15 cars in the last 23 years between myself and my wife. Left me with no worries about service Went to several dealerships, one walked away when I mentioned interest in a used 2014 car. John DeRobbio met me and quickly narrowed down my vehicle wants; horsepower, trim, Heated seats, fog lights for deer ( saved my butt too many times too count). We went for a ride in a new arrival Escape Titanium with the larger engine and I pinned him to the seat getting on Rte 4:sorry. No turbo lag and the shifting was smooth. As this car was uninspected, they went thru it with a fine tooth comb. After all the work they did, I have no complaints about not haggling for higher trade in value. Even dropped the gas tank to replace fuel pump- woulda been pissed about that 2 month down the road. Anyway, I would have a beer with John, felt like family. Thanks, Bob More
