I bought a 2022 Honda CRV in june 2022. The car has a factory defect that I complained about within a week of buying the car. The rear right side door makes a noise when I close it. I took the car to the service department and they pretended that there was not difference between the sound of the doors. Besides that, I explained them that the noise received inside the car when driving at high speed [55 miles or more] is to much for a brand new car. They put some grease and told me that they solved the problem but the sound never went away. To add more to my disappointment of this business, the two cortesy oil changes that I got when I bought the car, was not worthy, because the waiting time was over 3 hours each time I went for oil change. Every time I asked to talk to the manager they were "busy" or " on lunch". More

As a loyal customer of Honda of Tenafly, AKA: D&C Honda, for many years, we purchased several vehicles and recommended our family and friends to purchase their Honda cars from you due to the superior sales for many years, we purchased several vehicles and recommended our family and friends to purchase their Honda cars from you due to the superior sales and service staff members' professionalism and kindness. When we purchased our 2009 Honda Odyssey and 2011 Honda CR-V from Kristen (who loved animals!); and then purchased our 2018 Honda Odyssey Elite from Frank LaRocca…we found our “home” at Honda of Tenafly. In September 2020, we decided to trade-in our 2018 van for a 2021 model. After many, many emails back and forth with Frank (he was not in the showroom, but always responded via email), that the 2021 Elite model had not arrived yet. Then, last week, we checked on your business website and found the 2022 Honda Odyssey Elite in silver…not our first color choice, but then we agreed it was perfect…and Michelle put us in touch with William Bonet…the “Honda Genius” and salesperson. Boy…we were lucky…after spending a few hours with William on Thursday afternoon, 02/11/2021, reviewing the paperwork, and getting our current van appraised (and Paul Singh assisted with an increased appraisal value which was appreciated), we were all set to have the delivery of the new van to our home. William arrived on Friday afternoon…cheerful, knowledgeable, patient, and calm…brought our new van to our home, spent about 45-minutes reviewing the paperwork that was signed (which he had previously prepared perfectly), and then reviewed the 2022 features of the van. William explained everything in easy-to-understand terms…set-up my wife’s cell phone; set-up our garage door opener; etc. When William left, he assured us that if we had any further questions, he would be available either by his personal cell phone, work telephone, or email for any questions that came up. Mr. Dorf…William deserves a raise…just thank you for hiring him three years ago…he knows Honda’s intricacies. Just wanted to take the time, three days later, to let you know, how happy we are.
