Mick was a terrific service consultant, explaining about $2,000 of additional repairs sent by text message (!) while the truck was being serviced. Mick probably saved your dealership two Toyota customers because I was overwhelmed and angry that a text arrived saying these additional repairs were needed "immediately." Mick walked through repairs, explaining what was a priority and what comes later in the life of the truck. Without his understanding and explanation, we wouldn't be likely to come back. By the way, do not send me texts with other repairs that are needed on the day of repair! More

I was in for a rear view mirror replacement and the estimated time for repair was almost exactly what I waited.
