Service Advisors Schoot and Justin Houge were great. Service personnel working on car were professional and wanted to make sure car's hybrid batteries and connections were free of any energy drain. All staff was friendly and courteous. Mick was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident my car was in good hands. I also needed to use the shuttle service for a ride back to my home. Called me while my vehicle was being serviced, to ask me if I had any additional questions / issues that might still have or had forgotten to tell the Service personnel -- and asked if I needed a ride back to the Dealership. I have owned Toyota vehicles for decades -- I have never received the quality of service that I am receiving at Toyota, Rockwall. Wow! Congratulations to all the Staff! More
