Saw a car online I purchased a car after seeing it online. The dealer contacted me right away and the purchase was painless. I was comfortable throughout (no Pressure I purchased a car after seeing it online. The dealer contacted me right away and the purchase was painless. Best car buying experience to date After a not-so-pleasant experience attempting to purchase a car with a different dealership, I gave it one last shot to buy my dream car, a GTI. I saw one online at Ferman BMW so I drove over from Tampa to check it out. Dan Macdonald was my sales representative and he did a wonderful job. He is a very friendly and engaging individual and he knows his cars. He made me feel at home the entire time I was at the dealership and it restored my faith in dealerships after the last one I went to that was awful and attempting to be deceitful. Dan was upfront and honest with me about what the charges would be, and he got me a great price on my 2017 GTI S. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 5 years of pining and I’m finally able to drive my dream car home. The rest of the staff was wonderful too.. AJ, Mickey, Brandy, and Chris. I highly reccommend going to Ferman when you’re considering a car.. just ask for Dan; he’ll treat you right. More
