She was very helpful, very transparent and very customer service, friendly, especially during a time where there’s class action lawsuits with settlements and a lot going on. I was impressed the way they han service, friendly, especially during a time where there’s class action lawsuits with settlements and a lot going on. I was impressed the way they handled and operated their department.. I was very impressed with the service manager, Amanda as well they gave me a loaner car whenever those are very rare the loaner car had a few issues after a handful or more days, and they easily told me how to contact Kia in and that they would reimburse me up to $45 a day on the Rent-A-Car so that really helped me as I’m a social worker and I have to travel for my job so I appreciate the service manager everybody in the department has been really helpful during the time that’s so hard like having your engine replaced and stuff so I’m just very happy to have them working on my team More
