I was very pleased to find out my car could be picked up and delivered to me at work. It made the experience so freeing for me. My first time to the Service department and did not have an appointment. I needed an oil change before a road trip. Even though they were booked Miguel got me squeezed in. Miguel was very respectful of my t an appointment. I needed an oil change before a road trip. Even though they were booked Miguel got me squeezed in. Miguel was very respectful of my time. He communicated with me through my entire visit and cleaned my car for me afterwards. He made a stressful moment better. The world is a better place with more people like Miguel.
