I can say that I’m very satisfied with my vehicle buying experience. I discovered this dealership online through CarGurus and had no problem making contact/receiving responses. My salesman, Mike was friendl experience. I discovered this dealership online through CarGurus and had no problem making contact/receiving responses. My salesman, Mike was friendly and made everything really easy for me. Mike, his wife and Ike ;) drove the vehicle out to AR, not only for the test drive, but again to my home after purchase. My Jeep was clean and fully fueled upon arrival. I would give this review 5 stars, but only if the dealership could’ve went down just a little more on the price. I still think I got a fair deal though. Overall, I am happy to have done business with Jerry Ward Autoplex and would do so again. More
