Chris helped me to order the van I needed and I was told it will take about 4 weeks. I think this is under estimate how long it will take to order a new van and deliver to dealer. After a months and half, I called Chris, Mike Armstrong (Sale Manager) and Mark Ott (Aftermarket Manager) to look for my van. I continue making call every few weeks. After review the order history which provided by Chris per my request, I finally understand that order a new van will take more than 2 months to deliver to dealer. I pickup my van after 3 months waiting time. My point is Chris is very helpful and control his temper while I cannot due to long wait . Mike and Mark also very helpful to link me up to Chris when I called them. I am very appreciate their help and understanding. They keep their professional standard very high. More

Good Experience, Good Deal After a couple weeks of online research, I decided to walk in to the Advantage Dealership to take a closer look at the Malibu and Cruze. Maurice was After a couple weeks of online research, I decided to walk in to the Advantage Dealership to take a closer look at the Malibu and Cruze. Maurice was attentive but didn't pressure me too much for the car. While the Malibu was a little out of my price range to start, Mike and Maurice got the monthly to within $5 of my budget. As someone with good, but very limited, credit history, they worked well to get it in my range. The only negative I have is the time it took to process the paperwork, however they were busy at the end of the day. Overall, it was a very good experience in a low-pressure environment. More

I did see they had the car I wanted and spoke to a gentleman who helped explain the difference in all the Chevy Spark Cars. I wasn't ready to buy just yet, and he was busy but he was very helpful, so I left and went back almost a week later, June 21. Customer Service has really lost it flair over the years, but not at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins. I was with my husband, we were greeted by Maurice Redeaux, who was very helpful to us finding the right Spark that would fit our needs and budget. He called over Mike Armstrong who also was very helpful with getting us the price we wanted for the New Car. The overall experience, although long it was just fine. Im really glad we went back. I got EXACTLY what I wanted in the car we bought and for a great price. More

Advantage is the Team to beat I was looking to buy a Toyota Yaris and to trade in my ford explore so, I walked into Advantage because I had heard of their friendly and helpful sta I was looking to buy a Toyota Yaris and to trade in my ford explore so, I walked into Advantage because I had heard of their friendly and helpful staff. When I walked in I was greeted by Jason Roberts who matched me with Steve Garcia to take the 2014 Sonic for a test drive. Even though I was frantic to drive the new car Steve made the experience less painful than what I thought it would be. He talked to me about the safety features on the car oppose to the Yaris and just made my decision a lot smoother than what I expected. Once I sat down with Mark Brown I was more than please with the Deal and the service the Advantage team had done for me. I am happy to have gone back a week later for service and see everyone friendly face and enjoyed the accommodations they made for me. I am more than happy with my new 2014 Sonic and definitely recommend anyone who is looking to trade in their vehicle and in search for a new one they should definitely stop in ADVANTAGE and see Steve Garcia or anyone of their friendly staff. I was mislead greatly by the service and dedication of the sales team at advantage Chevrolet. They showed and prove me wrong in how they take care of their customers. From the moment u walk in the door. I was in great hands. Not only did they greet and gave me a tour of their facility but work with me throughout my personal needs. every team member acknowledged I was there they were so friendly. Through the whole process they work with me professionally and help me in purchasing a new vehicle . But that's not all after everything was done sales member even took the time to show me the features before I left the lot. all team members we're amazing for now on my family and friends and also me with be a life time and generations to come customers. What sets Advantage Chevrolet apart is their From my experience all dealerships in the US are set up in a very similar way and offer similar pricing. What sets Advantage Chevrolet apart is their high level of customer service. They are a high volume dealership but at no time in my shopping experience did I feel neglected and the service Tom provided was top notch. When shopping for a new car I do 80% of it online (research, reviews, inventory, etc) the other 20% is at the dealership. Thank you guys for making that 20% a pleasant experience. More
