When I walked in I was greeted by Jason Roberts who matched me with Steve Garcia to take the 2014 Sonic for a test drive. Even though I was frantic to drive the new car Steve made the experience less painful than what I thought it would be. He talked to me about the safety features on the car oppose to the Yaris and just made my decision a lot smoother than what I expected. Once I sat down with Mark Brown I was more than please with the Deal and the service the Advantage team had done for me. I am happy to have gone back a week later for service and see everyone friendly face and enjoyed the accommodations they made for me. I am more than happy with my new 2014 Sonic and definitely recommend anyone who is looking to trade in their vehicle and in search for a new one they should definitely stop in ADVANTAGE and see Steve Garcia or anyone of their friendly staff. I was mislead greatly by the service and dedication of the sales team at advantage Chevrolet. They showed and prove me wrong in how they take care of their customers. From the moment u walk in the door. I was in great hands. Not only did they greet and gave me a tour of their facility but work with me throughout my personal needs. every team member acknowledged I was there they were so friendly. Through the whole process they work with me professionally and help me in purchasing a new vehicle . But that's not all after everything was done sales member even took the time to show me the features before I left the lot. all team members we're amazing for now on my family and friends and also me with be a life time and generations to come customers. They are a high volume dealership but at no time in my shopping experience did I feel neglected and the service Tom provided was top notch. When shopping for a new car I do 80% of it online (research, reviews, inventory, etc) the other 20% is at the dealership. Thank you guys for making that 20% a pleasant experience. More

My original car salesman Chris Miller was very helpful and did an excellent job selling his product. I was deciding between a Dodge Ram and the Chevy Silverado. The original Silverado I thought I wanted didn't thrill me at all when I saw it but Chris didn't waste anytime trying to talk me into that truck he just found a different model that I loved and bought. When I went back to pickup my truck Chris wasn't there but Steve Jaeger took over handling the paperwork and showing me my truck. He did an excellent and quick job to get us out the door driving.
