Would NOT recommend! !! Was told we could not put money down to hold a new car even though it was a 7hr trip. Either way- was working with Ashley for over a week on a new !! Was told we could not put money down to hold a new car even though it was a 7hr trip. Either way- was working with Ashley for over a week on a new vehicle and she told us to give them a call on Friday morning to set up an appointment time to pick the car up on Saturday (as we had planned all week) and then they’d set aside the keys. She also told us there had been no other interest in the vehicle but if there was she’d give us a call so we could arrange other plans to come get it sooner. So we spoke with Ashley Friday morning and set up a time to come get the car Saturday morning as planned all along. Later in the afternoon Friday we received a call from the manager, Dan, saying they sold the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous!! Zero respect! Please take your business ELSEWHERE- to a dealership that is willing to put in the work for YOU, and not a dealership that just wants their money! It all comes down to basic human decency and respect, in which Advantage Chevrolet and their team chooses against! More
