I was so excited at first. Would’ve given 5 stars; however, as I took the vehicle home, I realized I was lied to about the radar adaptive cruise control. I asked the sales lady Would’ve given 5 stars; however, as I took the vehicle home, I realized I was lied to about the radar adaptive cruise control. I asked the sales lady specifically if it had adaptive cruise control, and she told me it does. She specifically said “all new Chevy vehicles have it”. I couldn’t test it at the time because 1. I am not familiar with Chevy. I came from Toyota. And 2. I test drove the vehicle locally at low speeds. Another issue is I got trapped into the loan. Online, it says you get 2.99%. For someone who has a 799 credit score, you’d expect I can get something much lower than 8.49%. I couldn’t back out of the deal anymore because I initialed my name next to the vehicle price at the sales desk. However as I got into the finances, I was shocked by the APR. I very very disappointed with my experience. I really expected better from the sales team and finance team. I traded in a lmk excellent vehicle for cheap just to get stuck with a double priced vehicle with much much less features. I expect the dealership to treat me better. How could you expect folks to come back when they get back stabbed like that? Quite disappointed. I’d take my vehicle back if I could. More
