The staff there was amazing, very accommodating, courteous, and genuinely excited to offer service, even during a xxxx up with an issue about a rental I drove from another state in. They were patient and understanding while getting my plan together to get both cars to their appropriate destinations. Shout-out Darian 1st and foremost. Darian is truly one of those 1s. From start to finish, exceptional customer service. Shout-Out to Rose , Danny in finance, Wayne really is really a great member of management. 1 mention of a concern, no hesitation at all he said we will check that out for you right now. The GM is great, He had my dash replaced after a sales manager misled me about an extended warranty he sold me. However, my car has mechanical issues with a OEM part and the service refused to even look a manager misled me about an extended warranty he sold me.
