We have owned several Hyundai, we trust that the dealerships know the best way to maintain our Hyundai at a reasonable and competitive price. We feel that Crestmont has done that for us- in fact we have confidence that we would be fairly treated in obtaining a new vehicle so much that we have just leased a 2026 palisade calligraphy hybrid from Crestmont. I was called on March 9th or so about the service on my 2021 Hyundai Elantra for a March 5 or 6th appointment (that I didn't have). I told them that the car hadn't been to the dealer in months. It was very 2021 Hyundai Elantra for a March 5 or 6th appointment (that I didn't have). I told them that the car hadn't been to the dealer in months. It was very strange conversation. I told them I have no idea what they are talking about and I asked them what they did to the car. They didn't know. I am assuming they just called me instead of the correct person who really had there car in for service....Wow! How am I supposed to rate a service department employee when I didn't have service. Sorry Mike Aslan...they are making me give you some stars. More

Technician Mike was very abrupt pushy. Was charged too much for diagnostic fee and total estimate was outrageous. Called to speak with Mike about the charges and explained that my daughter Was charged too much for diagnostic fee and total estimate was outrageous. Called to speak with Mike about the charges and explained that my daughter would be picking up my car I no longer wanted my car serviced there. Mike proceeded to say oh no that's not how it works, we already ordered the parts. I explained of but yes it does work like that, I've changed my mind and wished to get my vehicle back. Very unprofessional and jacks up prices. The total parts ordered were $160 and this dealership wanted to charge me over $1,000 for this service. Never going back More
