Inefficient, terrible communication and not honoring the certified pre-owned inspection of the vehicle. Service center was really disappointing. Oil change went from $108 to $145 in 10 months. When i called to ask why, I was given an explanation at a third grade level. $30 to rotate tires? It's like they dont want my business, and they have succeeded! I won't buy my next car there, nor would I recommend it to anyone. And if anyone asks, I will be overjoyed to share my experience.
