The sales is pretty good, the service side is where things seem to fall apart. The level of service is the same regardless of Genesis or Hyundai there’s no luxury fuel in the showroom or the service si things seem to fall apart. The service staff seems to be inept at times and requires a lot of follow ups to get things resolved. More

My car was I. The shop for 2 weeks. They had to order a part for a recall. I think they should’ve had the part ready for me cause they knew they were going to do t The shop for 2 weeks. They had to order a part for a recall. I think they should’ve had the part ready for me cause they knew they were going to do that repair. Also, it was very expensive to get a latch repaired. They did offer me a discount because of how long my car was in the shop and I think they forgot about it because I had to make three calls to remind them to keep working on it. More

We have always have great experience at Crestmont Hyundai. We have several car purchase from them and we still service our cars at Crestmont. Every time we go there Chris, the GM and his staff makes Hyundai. We have several car purchase from them and we still service our cars at Crestmont. Service was great but not sure why when calling in auto answer says to press a number for service only to transfer you to an operator who puts you through to a voicemail not in service. Left a message I ne answer says to press a number for service only to transfer you to an operator who puts you through to a voicemail not in service. Left a message I needed an oil change and had two different calls from salesman wanting to discuss the Elantra I was interested in. I had to ask the salesman to relay my message that I wanted to schedule an oil change but Mike in service gave me his card and said next time call him directly More
