After test driving the specific vehicle, we began the paperwork process. I gave the salesman my address, which is different than the old address in my drivers license, but he still put my old address in my paperwork. Then, when working with the financing guy, they processed my financing under their own system and gave me an interest rate that was over 2% higher than what I was pre-qualified for. It was only after going through the entire financing process - twice because they had to correct my address - that I had to go through it a third time once I realized they were not using my pre-qualified rate. I would never recommend them. More
