Technician Mike was very abrupt pushy. Was charged too much for diagnostic fee and total estimate was outrageous. Called to speak with Mike about the charges and explained that my daughter Was charged too much for diagnostic fee and total estimate was outrageous. Called to speak with Mike about the charges and explained that my daughter would be picking up my car I no longer wanted my car serviced there. Mike proceeded to say oh no that's not how it works, we already ordered the parts. I explained of but yes it does work like that, I've changed my mind and wished to get my vehicle back. Very unprofessional and jacks up prices. The total parts ordered were $160 and this dealership wanted to charge me over $1,000 for this service. Never going back More

This is an absolute joke of a dealership. They scheduled me 5 weeks out for a service that would’ve been covered under the maintenance contract, but I went just over the mileage waiting for t They scheduled me 5 weeks out for a service that would’ve been covered under the maintenance contract, but I went just over the mileage waiting for this appointment for them to tell me I’m out of luck and that if I had called I probably would’ve only been 6 or 7 days for an appointment. Absolute joke and completely unprofessional response. Then the service writer gave me a price of $1200-1300. I told them not to do one of the services that I was told was $419. You would think the total would be $800-900. It was over $1200 and was given no real answer. Mike just tried to say that was the price without doing the service I told. They also did not do the windshield wipers that they said they would. Management didn’t care about the run around and lying. I would never use them again. They also didn’t properly do the coolant flush. I had to have the coolant system bled due to an air pocket in it. They were the only ones to touch the coolant system the entire time I’ve owned the car. They will screw you over, lie and leave your car not functioning properly. Management will not care so don’t even bother. More

The communication was horrible. On multiple occasions they had my car for more than 3 weeks and I maybe received a handful of phone calls. They never fixed my original problem so I traded my car into another dealership and I am much happier now. More

Set up appt for oil change and to have right side passenger seat belt retractor repaired using the xxxx automated AI on the phone. The bot even repeated it back to me. When it came time for the appt, the shop wouldn’t do the seat belt because it wasn’t on the ticket…..although we showed the service writer that 1 repair and an oil change does show on our email. It didn’t get done and we had to make another appt to get done what I brought it in for. Secondly, the mechanic did not reset the oil change odometer so my car tells me I need an oil change that I just had done. Not happy with Hyundai service at Brunswick right now. More

I stated that it was ok for them to keep the vehicle an extra day if the repair took longer but they would need to notify me if that was the case. I began calling at 3PM that day and the phone rang and rang and rang. Of course, sales answered in HALF a ring. They said they would deliver the message to service. No response. Finally reached them at 1000 the next day and they stated that the vehicle was in the bay overnight to try to reproduce the battery problem and were unable to. When it was picked up, there were obvious signs that it was not in the bay overnight and that it was put at the back of the line. I said they could keep it for repair or troubleshooting — not to forget about it and ignore me. More

Had 3 recalls and oil change. When I made the appointment they stated that they would need the car all day. Said auto would be ready by 4. Arrived at dealership at 410. They took it in and only took 1.5 hours. Knowing that I would have waited for it in the morning. So I was it without a car for an entire day when I could have waited and been done in 1.5 hrs. Very frustrating More
