Worst service ever took 4 times before diagnosed issue correctly. Every time I was calling back because same issue existed within less than 24hrs. Service department has no customer service skills and Ne correctly. Every time I was calling back because same issue existed within less than 24hrs. Service department has no customer service skills and Never used the words I’m sorry. Don’t follow through on phone calls and tell you it was a busy day. As a customer I’m sorry I don’t care if your busy with other cars after how many times does it take to become a priority. Would never recommend to anyone. More

Mike Asperhiem is the guy you want to see in the service department. He is honest, accommodating, informed, willing to work with the mechanics and customer to resolve any questions. He treats customers like department. He is honest, accommodating, informed, willing to work with the mechanics and customer to resolve any questions. He treats customers like family and gets your vehicle in and out on a timely manner. Mike is a mainstay for me at Tenvoordes. The whole service department rocks. More

Service advisor Mike that the turbo will need to be replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. He explained that while doing the test drive, he noticed that the front tires we replaced. Technician Jason did the repair in the most timely manner. He explained that while doing the test drive, he noticed that the front tires were noisy. He suggested that a tire rotation would help. All repairs are completed and I'm satisfied with how the F250 with a 7.3 diesel is running. I trust the staff that worked with me. More

I was slightly frustrated with the service department because there seemed to be a lapse in communication when I arrived for my appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t live or work in St. Cloud and when the because there seemed to be a lapse in communication when I arrived for my appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t live or work in St. Cloud and when the service department fixed my car the first time, they ended up missing something so I ended up coming down an additional time. Mike in the service department made all the difference though and was so polite and respectful. He made sure, despite my frustrating initial experience, that the rest was going to be taken care of. If it hadn’t been for Mike, I don’t think I would come back to Tenvoorde for service. More
