Why does it take so long to close a deal? I feel like I step back in time 30 years anytime I go into a car dealership. We completed as much as possible in advance of me coming into the deal I feel like I step back in time 30 years anytime I go into a car dealership. We completed as much as possible in advance of me coming into the dealership, essentially, the deal was done. Even so, it took nearly 2 hours to complete paperwork. Actually, the paperwork part took about 15 minutes - it was the sitting around and upselling that wasted so much time. Zach went above and beyond after a small early glitch - truly appreciated his diligence in getting the upfront legwork done. Karl in finance was attentive to the time everything was taking and the technology for the signatures was great. Mike did the best he could but, all in all, the dealership experience left a lot to be desired. More
