From the time we walked in the door is was nothing but professional, no haggling on price (but we already knew from hrs of research that they had the best price for the low mileage and features we wanted), educational on why they do things the way they do, total transparency on the sales process. Brock was the best sales professional I’ve ever dealt with! And we buy a lot of vehicles. Colin in finance was spot on too. Both of them stayed after hrs as we hadn’t finished the sales process and at no point did they try rushing us out, our business mattered! Delivery of the vehicle was perfect. Brock made sure every detail was taken care of and spent time going over every technical option in the truck. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be to all our friends and family! More

Dishonest pushy sales staff including management. I purchased a vehicle last minute before a sales event closed after being told the dealer needed to sell one more vehicle to hit their Chrysler goals. I purchased a vehicle last minute before a sales event closed after being told the dealer needed to sell one more vehicle to hit their Chrysler goals. I requested to finance through my credit union and was told that wouldn’t be an issue and Summit could most likely even beat my credit unions rate only to find out part of the price break I was given included financing through Chrysler and a significantly higher rate. I spoke with the salesmager and he agreed to pay the cost for me to refinance since they were not very open with me. I was told they’ve spent enough time dealing with me that they’ve lost money on the deal and said I needed to be a smarter consumer. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will add when I was looking for vehicles they put on a very friendly face to win a customer over but that goes away once they have signed papers. More
