It was a delight to find out that Mike was willing to defend a repair with the manufacturer. It would have been expensive repair but he was able to defend the reasons why the manufacturer should cover th defend a repair with the manufacturer. Mike Brandvold did a great job when I brought my Lincoln in for service. He reviewed every procedure that he was going to perform in detail and was very patient in answering all of my questions. though I do have all my fords serviced by Klaben Mike is a great advisor always fair and never sugar coats it.
