It was okay. I brought my car to this Ford dealership after bringing it to Liberty Ford in Brunswick. They were a lot more helpful then the Brunswick Ford. They explained everything to me step by step and helped me understand what was wrong. I did have to revisit this Ford due to them missing somethings but they fixed it that same day. More

Low tire pressure alert The tire inflation alert light came on and it showed a 10 psi drop in pressure of the right hand side rear tire. I called my sales rep at Klaben Ford The tire inflation alert light came on and it showed a 10 psi drop in pressure of the right hand side rear tire. I called my sales rep at Klaben Ford who advised me to come in immediatelly and have the tire and tire inflation system inspected. It was Friday afternoon and both Bob Paytas and Mike Brandvold took care of the problem which turned out to be a screw in the tread of the tire. The problem was resolved successfully thanks to the efficient help and expertise of both gentlemen. Thanks for helping me on such short notice! More

Service Mike and his team went above and beyond…as always! Even deciphering my note of what was wrong with my truck. Not an easy task!!!! Mike came in under my husbands estimate on price (always a good thing!) and quicker than I thought to finish, even with ordering parts. Everyone in service department is very friendly and looks out for each other's customers. I think I was asked by everyone passing if I had been helped yet. Always a good feeling dropping off your truck and being in a positive and friendly environment. More
