First Time I Gave Them 5 Stars During past visits I was always made to wait for my service adviser (while other advisers were available) and then it seemed like sooooo much red tape During past visits I was always made to wait for my service adviser (while other advisers were available) and then it seemed like sooooo much red tape just to get my car basic oil change. With Mike Brandvoid this time it went like a dream! Service was done quick and easy! More

Brake replacement service On 7/27 my front brakes andctotors were replaced. I drove my car and found the brakes to be soft and had to press harder than normal to make the brake On 7/27 my front brakes andctotors were replaced. I drove my car and found the brakes to be soft and had to press harder than normal to make the brakes work. Within a few days after, my brakes started to make a grinding noise. On 8/8 I had my car back in the shop. The brake pins on the right side were put in backwards. My service center rep Mike Brandvold was very good and explained the situation. My concern is how much damage had been done to New brake pads and rotors. Mike assured me there was no damage. I will monitor the brakes for wear compared to he left. I have had all service to my car done by Klaben and am loyal to Ford. but I am not satisfied with the mechanical service on my brakes. My service center ratings below reflect this incident only. More

Recall Work for my GT350 - Klaben was the Clear Choice I live in Columbus, OH and drive 2.5 hours to purchase and service my Ford vehicles at Klaben Ford - I think that says it all.
