I had a couple factory issues with my last two Lincoln MKZ, one being tires. The low profile tires on new cars has not worn well, and this last new car one of the tires blew out at 20,000 miles. MR. Rich

Service Advisor Kim Wolfram is awesome-understanding of client's position ( personal and financial issues), expressed concern on safety/health issue without repair. Allowed client time to explore options (put $ into repair, put into new car, will car trade-in value decline without repair...) instead saying this is what needs repaired and how much.

"BOUGHT A USED FORD EDGE"
In June 2016 I bought a 2008 Ford Edgefrom Klaben Used cars. Per their recommendation, I bought the extended warranty plan. I love the car and had no problems with it until I noticed a persistent squeak coming from the rear of the car. My husband felt that there was something amiss with the suspension and or wheel bearings. I made an appointment and took the car in to the Ford service center. I will not go into great detail here about the problems I encountered with the warranty, the important take home point here is that Klaban stood by their car and gave me excellent service. They took care of me as if I had bought the most expensive new car on their lot. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how they treated me! I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you so much for your honesty and customer service above and beyond my expectations!

"Best in Service"
When you enter the Klaben service facility it is bright and clean. The service lane was entirely full of vehicles and their owners. We had no less than 5 persons greet us or assisted in getting our vehicle in for service. Kyle Sott repaired our hood latch while our vehicle was still in the service lane. He had the latch repaired in less than 2 minutes. By the time Kyle had checked all of our Lincolns lights and under-hood fluid levels our service advisor was ready to complete our service documents.
This was the first time we had Don Xu as a service writer. Don is a really personable service advisor. We were discussing the pronunciation of has last name and he began telling my wife and I about his family and even showed us pictures of his wife and kids. Don Xu had our Lincoln in serviced and washed in less than 1 1/2 hours. It doesn't get any better than that.
What a great place to do business!
