They are incapable of making mechanical decis Every time I brought my car there they couldn’t diagnose like a mechanic so they just replace parts. They are incapable of making mechanical decisions. Since everything is hooked up to diagnostics simple tasks like diagnosing a water pump or putting a rim on and torquing the lugs to spec. Last time I was there they over tightened the lugs and the new shop couldn’t get them off. Fast forward. I spoke with the manager. He’s useless as boobs on a bull. No accountability. No responsibility. They just want your money and will try and replace everything in your car. Go anywhere else but here. Can’t rotate tires and torque wheels properly? That’s sad. More
